One Step In Front of ...

Lately, I have been pleased in my workouts even though it seems as if every day I am just getting by. I am working this week at getting my weight back into the low 190’s. I kind of let my weight slip back up into the solid mid 190’s. With a little bit of discipline I can get
it down. I find that I eat as a stress relief— anyway.  I did the new Ridge Loop doing 9.02 in 2:00:10 dor a 13:19 mpm pace with an elevation gain of 185 feet with an average heart rate of 119 bpm at a temporary of 39 with humidity at a dry 57 percent. Have a blessed day!
