I had three routes in mind that were under 9 miles, but I was wrong on one of them. Today I did my combination Figure 8, Randall route. For this week my pace was faster even though my knee was a little sore( I think the squats last night had an effect). I did 9.17 in 2:04:03 for a 13:31 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 195 feet with an average heart rate of 113 bpm with a temp of 23 degrees at 68 percent humidity. I’m happy with my training with the goal of staying on top of the workouts and stay ahead of the injury curve. Really looking forward to going to Eastport and bringing Kaitland and Keon here for a week. God Bless!
