I intended to hit the trail when Char went to get her hair done. At first I wanted to head to the Greenway Trail, but an errand put me slightly behind so I headed to Wertheim. The conditions were bright and beautiful. Lots of folks out on the trail this morning. This is a great place to listen to podcasts and listen to music as I enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the wetlands of Mastic. I did 7.55 miles in 2:17:08 for an 18:09 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 115 feet with an average heart rate of 95 bpm at 28 degrees at a dry 36 percent humidity. A blessed morning!
