I have been dealing with a lot — not looking for sympathy— so I have been seeking routes that are quiet. I did the figure 8 extra plus . I did 9.03 miles in 2:07:22 for a 14:06 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 157 feet with an average heartrate of 113 bpm at a temperature of 69 degrees and 99 percent humidity. Heading out to Great Adventure with Ericka, Bekah, Jace,(girlfriend)Brennah, and Charlotte. Lord help us!
