Charlotte had WW and a bridal shower so I decided to hit the Greenway trail with a gew extra twists and turns. There were a good number of folks out on the trail including many of the “regulars “. The temp was comfortable. I saw a deer with spikes near the beginning of the trail. Here are the stats 9.78 miles in 2:43:19 for a 16:41 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 617 feet with an average heartrate of 99 bpm at a temp of 61 degrees at 100 percent humidity. I am blessed in so many ways! Thank you Lord!
