I stayed with the plan of doing flatter routes until my right medial collateral issue is 100 %. My knee was feeling better and the mood was improved on this bright cool April 1 morning. I did 9.27 miles in 2:17:13 for a 14;48 minute per mile pace with a 193 foot elevation gain and an average heart rate of 120 bpm at a sunny 36 degrees and 76 percent humidity. There were a lot of cars on Whiskey Road for some weird reason. Ridge Road was thankfully quiet. I enjoyed this route and am glad that my knee is responding positively. Living the quarantined life is ok for now. Thank you Lord for your protection!
