Monday--Good Start

I headed out the door thankful to be out and around, yet feeling somewhat lost in the remote teaching.  I did the Niewood version of the Longwood Loop doing 9.42 miles in 2:20:13 for a 14:53 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 307 feet with a 122 bpm average heartrate at a cool feeling 49 degrees and 64 percent humidity.  I had two people a good distance ahead of me on Wading River Hollow Road and when they walked past Niewood that determined my route.  Doing the greater distance forces me to pay attention to my body and address the complaints usually with a minor adjustment.  Have a most blessed day!
