I decided that my knee was up to the usual route so I headed out to Longwood. I did 9.37 miles in 2:20:53 for a 15:01 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 115 bpm with an elevation gain of 365 feet at a temp of 42 degrees and 84% humidity. It was peaceful and I had a runner pass me going the other direction. He's a good runner and I've noticed him running when I'm driving to work. I am just grateful for another COVID-19 free day.
