Easter

I got up with my new Sunday schedule of getting out a bit early and doing the Calverton loop trail. I noticed a few little complaints in my medial potion of my right knee and my calves were a bit tight. I’m finding that my body can’t keep up with my stamina. I set a goal to lose five pounds. My goal is yo take a bit of stress off my joints to lessen the aches and pains. I need this working out to help me deal with this quarantine. Here are the stats- included a lot of pics and stretches- 9.3 miles in 2:41:38 for a 17:21 minute per mile pace with a 187 foot elevation gain and an average heart rate of 105 bpm at s temp of 32 degrees and 70 percent humidity. I did two up and down of the stairs in addition. At the end I linked up with our church on Facebook live. I’m blessed— Happy Easter!
