It was a bit of a sleepless night. Stuff going on again. The struggle that only you and the Lord know how you're feeling. I just took the time that I couldn't sleep and prayed to the Lord. I did the Longwood Loop. I did 9.48 miles in 2:16:06 for a 14:21 minute per mile pace with a 380 foot elevation gain and a 117 bpm heart rate at 42 degrees and 90 percent humidity. It rained the last 2 miles. Today the Patriots traded Gronk to Tampa Bay for a fourth rounder. They also gave up a seventh rounder. Seems kind of cheap for the greatest tight end of all time. We also had thunder and lightning, strong wind, and hail. Looking to you Lord in these crazy times.
