I headed out a little early for my morning walk around Calverton to try to catch our church service. I did 9.25 miles in 2:28:55 for a 17:10 minute per mile pace with a 189 foot elevation gain. I went up Drews Tower twice along the way-I had an average pulse of 99 bpm at 44 degrees and 87 percent humidity. I didn’t see many folks until near the very end. It was nice to hear from my brother this afternoon on my nephew Caleb’s birthday. Fighting the Coronavirus means staying at home. It gets difficult at times, but I am grateful for the opportunities that I have— like listening to my former pastors from Eastport Barry Blackstone and Dave Goupille. Watching Wrestlemania 35 now— revisiting wrestling until the virus is over:) God bless my friends!
