It was a windy cool morning. Despite a cool feel the buds shown brightly in the bright spring morning dawn. I did 9.34 miles in 2;15:02 for a 14:27 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 368 feet and an average heart rate of 117 bpm at 40 degrees and 68 percent humidity. Looking forward to the weekend. New York has more Coronavirus cases than any other country in the world outside the US. Sobering! Have a blessed Easter!
