I woke up intending to do a shorter workout, but thankfully ended up doing a standard workout doing the Woodlot Loop 3 times. The interesting thing that I noticed when looking at my heart rate graph is how my heart rate spiked when I did the hill sprint each of the three times. I did 9.02 miles in 1:49:11 for a 13:12 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 196 feet with an average heart rate of 119 bpm at a cold 25 degrees and 59 percent humidity. Have a blessed day!
