Not Much Sleep— No Problem

I had to pick my daughter up from work at 11 last night, so a 3:50 wake-up time was slightly challenging. Thank God I managed to get up and around and do the Medford/Randall/ Woodlot loop doing 8.84 in 1:58:01 for a 13:20 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 189 with an average heartrate of 110 bpm at a temp of 51 and 100 percent humidity.  I was expecting thunder showers , but instead was happy to see some blue skies as the sun peaked it’s head through the darkness to bring in the dawn.  Have a blessed day!
