I woke up somewhat more rested and not feeling as crappie and tired as yesterday. I did the Scenic Hills, Longwood, Medford Loop doing 9.19 in 1:58:24 for a 12:52 minute per mile walking pace with an elevation gain of 339 feet with an average pulse of 118 bpm at a temperature of 55 degrees and 100 percent humidity. I enjoyed a fine drizzle hitting my face during this overcast spring morning . Spring workouts usually come with a sense of hope for an improved year of training. It’s Thursday and I enjoyed my talk with my brother on the way to work. God Bless!
