Yesterday was long with teaching 7 classes, voting, Bible Study,and a parental speech were part of the agenda. The highlight was yesterday being my oldest granddaughter’s fourth birthday. I was going to sleep when my wife put the tv on The Celtics game— didn’t sleep until after. This morning I did the figure 8 extra plus doing 9.04 miles in 1:59:23 for a 13:11 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 151 feet with an average pulse of 110 bpm at a temperature of 59 degrees and 99 percent humidity. Today we will celebrate Ryleigh’s Birthday at our house. God is to be praised.
