My wife is down in the DR leading a mission trip. My wife isn’t home but my routine is pretty much the same. I did the Medford,Randall, Woodlot Loop doing 8.72 miles in 1:50:23 for a 12:39 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 154 feet with an average heartrate of 123 bpm at a temp of 57 degrees and 87 percent humidity.
