Revisiting an Old Route

This week I go out the door not knowing what route I am doing.  I just let
my feet and instinct direct me. Even though I got up a little earlier it seems as if I get out the soor at the same time. Two more nights without Charlotte. I did the Ridge Road Loop as it is the quietest and most removed of all of my routes. I did 9.45 in 2:00:15 for a 12:43 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 116 feet and an average heartrate of 115 bpm at a temp of 58 degrees and humidity at 77 percent. It has been a food week of training. Have a blessed day!
