The Way it Otta Be

I woke up a little before my alarm which was set 5 minutes earlier. I was able to sip
My coffe down in a relaxed manner before escaping to the kitchen to prep for my morning workout. I ended up getting out the door a minute late:). I decided totally by feel once again on my course— heading out the door and letting my feet decide which route that I am taking. Today I took the Ridge/Randall/Whiskey Loop doing 8.9 in 1:51:41 for a 12:33 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 151 feet at a temperature of 59 degrees at 100 percent humidity. Looking forward to the weekend. Spaghetti supper tonight. God is good/ always!
