I was afforded a little easier getting around as I am coming to work half a day since I am attending Kimberly’s last PET meeting at 10:00am. I did the Randall extra plus loop doing 9.1 miles at a 12:36 minute per mile pace and an elevation gain of 175 feet and an average heartrate of 124 bpm. I don’t have an overall time since I started my watch late. I am fairly confident in the daya I have as being close to the actual. It was a warm 58 degree morning at a dry 54 percent humidity. Still sorting through a lot of issues, sometimes it’s not that we don’t have the answers it’s just sometimes we don’t like the answers. God grant us the grace to deal with our problems Your way and in Your strength!
