Adapting

 It’s good to have goals. What I’m finding out, is that adapting is essential to accomplishing your goals. Right now, my strength work involves fewer sets, higher reps, on a more frequent basis. It’s a consistent grind which requires regular, but not arduous attention. My workout today was the reverse order or yesterday’s workout. I did 8.52 miles in 2:19:45 for a 16:24 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 121 bpm with an elevation gain of 222 feet at an average cadence of 128 spm at roughly 39 degrees.
