This was a feel good week. A week of increased positivity with some decent production. I think that being on pregnasone for the week definitely increased my energy output. I had a pre-injury sort of workout week. Another thing that had helped is changing my kettle bell press and deadlift to one set each every other day as opposed to five sets a week. I’ve gone back to the single arm presses and have increased the weight and decreased the reps to 6 ‘s. I did 9.12 miles in 2:07:38 for a 13:59 minute per mile pace with with an elevation gain of 322 feet with an average heart rate of 116 bpm at a temp of 52 degrees and 65 percent humidity on the Longwood Loop.
