Behind, but not Out

I slept through my alarm this morning. I should have put the watch on my wrist. I decided to keep going and get my workout in, even though I was way behind. The workout helps me to deal with my stress. I did  8.44 in 1:58:54 for a 14:11 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 122 bpm at 69 degrees. God bless!
