Last night we had heavy rains followed by strong winds. There was lots of debris in the road, but not enough to hinder the workout. I decidedly to do the Ridge Road loop doing 8.98 miles in 2:10:03 for a 14:28 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 230 feet at 52 degrees and 68 percent humidity. The times and distance is effected by having to stop and take my watch case off in order to stop the time. Have a blessed day!
