I was able to have a more normal morning routine. I was a bit tired, but managed a decent cadence. I wore my rain jacket as there was a fairly regular light rain. I did 5.2 miles in 1:27:03 for a 16:44 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 133 feet with an average heart rate of 99 bpm at a cool 59 degrees with 80 percent humidity. I am definitely feeling stronger and getting better, yet I feel like that is the result of using restraint and progressing at a determined pace. I am just grateful to be able to train again.
