Today I am heading to Riverhead after traveling to Roosevelt. My wife Charlotte is going to mean us at the aquarium. I was tired this morning after a long day yesterday working in the yard. I did 6.43 miles in 1:47:44 for a 16:45 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 141 feet with an average heart rate of 100 bpm at a drizzly 65 degrees and 98 percent humidity. I just did one 1 mile walking pick up as my legs were feeling fatigued and vulnerable. Using restraint on the road to recovery. Took the pool covers off last night along with doing other yard work.
