These past few weeks I have been teaching after school. I’ve noticed that on week days that my weight goes up with no change in diet. I think the factor that seems to be in play is eating at 7:30 as opposed to 5:30. Today I was a bit slow, but it seemed fast in comparison to yesterday. I did 6.69 miles in 1:50:14 for a 16:28 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 92 bpm with an elevation gain of 318 feet at an average cadence of 128 spm at a cooler temp of 53 degrees.
