I was very tired upon waking up this morning. I took advantage of being alone and listened to the audio version of my devotions. I then put the news on as I got dressed for my workout. I am just so glad that I cut back on my workouts and switched to intervals. Here are the stats- I did 6.62 in 1:48:00 for a 16:18 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 99 bpm with an elevation gain of 316 feet at an average cadence of 129 spm at 47 degrees. It’s been a good week so far. Missing Charlotte!
