It was another hot start. The heat and humidity are starting early here in Ridge. The more I see, the more that I am aware of the spiritual battle that is all around us. Things that are wrong are called right and what is right is called hateful and wrong. I did the same workout as yesterday. I drink water each lap of Woodlot. I did 9.22 in 2:22:15 for a 15:25 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 89 bpm with an elevation gain of 185 feet at 75 degrees and 85 percent humidity. It’s the last day of June.
