I got out a bit earlier than usual this morning. I got back a few minutes earlier— it seemed as if I were moving quickly, but only in comparison to a slow Monday and Tuesday. I did 9.24 miles in 2:17:10 for a 14:50 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 134 bpm with an elevation gain of 301 feet at 56 degrees and 80 percent humidity. I was one car away from an accident today on Sunrise. God bless you!
