This school year has been very different. So many changes, but God has been faithful. The relationships at work have really been strengthened. I am at this moment where God wants me to be. This morning I did 3 times the Woodlot loop doing 9.15 in 2:12:50 for a 14:30 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 119 bpm with an elevation gain of 169 feet at 53 comfortable degrees and 89 percent humidity. Just blessed. Picking my brother in law up tonight from the airport. God bless.
