I took a personal day as Charlotte is performing a rededication of wedding vows up above Manchester, New Hampshire this weekend. I did the Woodlot Loop three times plus a short out and back. I did 9.25 miles in 2:21:05 for a 15:14 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 113 bpm with an elevation gain of 169 feet at 54 degrees and 79 percent humidity. Looking forward to spending some time in quieter surroundings on an island on a lake. God bless you all!
