The past few days has proved to be trying. More times than not, God sees us through the storm not around it. I know God will provide, because He always does. Today I woke up from a very comfortable sleep. Experience has taught me that getting up almost always is worth the effort. It was warm, windy, and drizzling this morning. I was able to wear shorts as opposed to wind pants. I did 9.15 in 2:03:46 for a 13:31 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 209 feet with an average heart rate of 115 bpm at a warm temperature of 64 degrees at 91 percent humidity. Looking forward tot the weekend. God is good!
