I woke up later with the extra time afforded me. It was a cold fall morning, but the skies were clear. I did the Scenic Hills, Niewood, Medford Loop doing 9.31 miles in 2:04:53 for a 13:24 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 363 feet with an average heart rate of 123 bpm at a temperature of 27 degrees and 85 percent humidity. I am posting this at the Toast Coffee house in Port Jefferson. Have a blessed day!
