Last night like many nights was one filled with some disappointment. My daughter Kim decided to stay the night at her friends house rather than come home like she was supposed to. This of course creates uneasiness and sleeplessness for me and disdain for my wife. When people don’t do what they are supposed to it creates problems for the entire household. Today I did the Medford/Randall/ Woodlot Loop doing 8.86 in 2:01:18 for a 13:41 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 219 feet with an average heart rate of 121 bpm at a temperature of 49 degrees and a rainy 100 percent humidity.
