Yesterday was a full day , and today promises to be a full day. I predetermined that I would do the 3 x Woodlot Loop with the 3rd loop cut across the trail. Jace arrived home from his girlfriend’s house just past 11. I did 8.72 miles in 2:02:20 for a 14:01 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 174 feet and an average heart rate of 119 bpm at a temperature of 37 degrees and 53 percent humidity. The commute was great even though I got out a bit late. A long day ahead, looking to you Jesus.
