I decided today to stick with the 3 x Woodlot with the third lap cutting across the trail plus one hill on Woodlot. When you feel yourself dreading the workout, it is time to work within that limitation. The little bit of jogging that I throw in makes up for the otherwise slow pace and helps to get to the move goal. I did 8.67 miles in 2:02:56 for a 14:10 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 221 from with an average heart rate of 125 bpm at a rainy 44 degrees and a 95 percent humidity. I felt like stopping short , but God provided the motivation. Have a blessed day!
