Sunday I did Wertheim doing 7.38 miles in 2:20:50 for a 19:03 minutes per mile pace with an elevation gain of 84 feet with an average heartrate of 90 bpm. at a temp of 65 degrees with 90 percent humidity. It was a lovely morning with plenty of beauty. Today I did 9.43 miles in 2:11:37 for a 13:57 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 327 feet with an average heartrate of 109 bpm at a 97 % humidity at 73 degrees. A lot of additional issues right now. The Lord is near! Tomorrow back to my early start time once again. The streets will belong to Eric once again:) God Bless!
