I did the same Medford/Randall/Woodlot Loop again. I encountered some fog and some brief showers. The air was humid, warm, and uncomfortable. Fortunately there was a nice breeze to help make it bearable. I did 8.9 miles in 2:01:42 for a 13:40 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 201 feet with an average heartate of 118 bpm with a temperature of 75 and humidity at 90.
