It seems as if my routines are having constant minor interruptions which is putting me back a bit. Fortunately, my commute was quick. Today I did the figure 8 extra plus doing 8.69 in 2:02:04 for a 14:02 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 202 feet with an average heart rate of 144 bpm at a comfortable temp of 63 degrees and 88 percent humidity. Last night the Red Sox clinched the AL East division over the Yankees at the stadium and their Browns won their first game in years with Baker Mayfield coming off the bench to beat the Jets.
