I kind of got out in the inbetween time, but I opted to go the longer Longwood Loop doing 9.15 miles in 2:03:37 for a 13:30 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 330 feet with an average heartrate of 118 bpm at a comfortable 60 degrees and 83 percent humidity on a dark overcast Thursday morning. Fortunately, I found my headlamp for my hat which helped immensely in the dark segments of the workout. Have a blessed day!
