I woke up Friday morning, a little tired but looking forward to a date with my wife and friends at Wahlburgers in Port Jeff Station. I did the Randall Extra Plus Loop. I did 8.87 miles in 2:03:42 for a 13:56 minute per mile pace and a 113 bpm average heartrate. I hsve had a good weekend which started with a teeth cleaning at the dentist, a snowstorm, church, shoveling, and some good strength training. I found out that both of our principals at RCA were fired. I liked both Dr. Maxwell and Ms. Persad and hope that they both find jobs. Kind of makes you wonder if other heads will roll.
