My day started off decently on this cold morning. It all started with a tipped coffee cup, which I thought that I cleaned up—but it turned out to be a bad thing. Anyway, I got out the door on time and headed down the road for my bad roads 2 x Raynor/Ridge workout doing 6.80 miles in 1:48:51 for a 16:00 minute per mile pace at an average cadence of 124 spm at an average power of 136w at an average heart rate of 119 bpm at an all out effort of 9. Praying for a good day!
