I find that there are many times in my life when I don’t have the answers that I seek. In fact, this is the case most of the time. When we don’t have the answers it is time to seek God and act in faith. We don’t see the way forward, but we trust the Lord who loves us and knows what is best for us.
This morning it was 39 degrees and foggy. I decided to do 8 x Raynor Road. I think that’s about right. Maybe some days I will do 7, Lord willing. Here are the stats- 6.98 miles in 1:52:39 for a 16:08 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 141 bpm with an elevation gain of 313 feet at an average cadence of 128 spm at 38 degrees.
