I headed out the door on the late side of on-time. I could feel that I wasn’t moving fast. Sometimes that’s just the way it is. I did 9.07 in 2:14:43 for a 14:51 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 110 bpm at 53 degrees and 95 percent humidity. Have a blessed day!
