My leg got bruised Monday night moving the 600 pound boiler out of the basement. I felt the bruise yesterday, especially at the end of the workout. Today I was skeptical of a finish of the workout. I did the 3x Woodlot Loop— this allows me an opt out if my leg is hurting. I pulled back a little on my effort and thankfully I made it through the workout at an okay pace. Leg is a little sore, but is better than yesterday. I did 9.01 miles in 2:12:4 for a 14:40 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 118 bpm with an elevation gain of 182 feet at 58 degrees and 69 percent humidity. I’m blessed.
