I was tired when waking up, but I kept the momentum going. I made it out the door in good time. Thankfully, I even got two sets of bench presses in. I did the Longwood Loop doing 9.06 miles in 2:12:24 for a 14:36 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 104 bpm with an elevation gain of 338 feet at 44 degrees and 74 percent humidity. Thankful for a good start to the day!
