I had a peaceful day yesterday, just feel like an outsider in my own house. Sometimes you take a stand and it is the right thing to do, but the action alienates you from the non-blood members of your family. I was and am tired today. I did the Woodlot, Ridge, Randall figure 8 with some extras. I did 9.13 miles in 2:11:35 for a 14:24 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 127 bpm with an elevation gain of 201 feet at 45 degrees and 63 percent humidity. Tired but blessed!
