I was tired this morning, but the adrenaline and coffee helped get me through the three times Woodlot/Raynor Loop three times with the third lap cutting across the trail. Here are the stats— 8.56 miles in 1:56:02 for a 13:33 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 142 feet with an average heart rate of 123 bpm at a temperature of 40 degree and 73 percent humidity.
