Training has been going well, but fatigue is turning life into a training/working and then sleeping cycle. The energy isn’t there for much else. Yesterday I did the Raynor/Woodlot Loop times 3 with the last loop cutting through the trail after going past it and down the hill and back up. Today I did the Calverton Loop when Charlotte was doing WW in Riverhead. Results: Friday- 8.78 miles in 1:55:50 for a 13:11 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 176 feet with an average heart rate of 126 bpm at 55 degrees and 66 percent humidity. Saturday- 9.24 miles in 2:45:56 for a 17:57 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 227 feet with an average heart rate of 103 bpm at a temp of 34 degrees and 34 degrees and 66 percent humidity.
